Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds
A $150 security deposit or credit card is required to confirm any reservation. This deposit will not be applied to your final bill, but will be returned to you after inspection of the unit upon your departure. Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation inside 72 hours will be charged one night's room rent, plus a $20 processing fee.

Check-In / Check-Out
Condominiums for arriving guests are not guaranteed before 3:00 p.m. Check- out time is 12:00 p.m. A late check-out is available for an additional charge.
